What do you do if you have a car with a fender that is damaged beyond repair, or missing? Ron shows how to use the opposite fender to design a buck, pointing out the features required to make a new fender that perfectly mirrors the model. Youll see him analyze a 36 Ford fender, determine the number of pieces to make it from, and exactly where to place the seams to accommodate the intricate details, including the running board bulge and the rolled edge of the wheel opening. This is a fascinating, in-depth look at the start-to-finish construction of a challenging project!

Quickly I will say that this was worth every penny. Production quality is high, it is clear and easy to understand and goes into great detail of all the in-between steps that are typically skipped on the free online tutorials. I pulled the trigger to give it a try and am confident that it will pay itself back many times over. Watch it beginning to end. Don't skip even if tempted to. Far too many nuggets of info buried in all the sections. I plan to purchase more.

Incredible amount of information packed into one easy to follow and understand presentation. Best Covell video I've bought so far. I'm using this and several other of Ron's videos as the main curriculum for my restoration and metal shaping class. My students are able to understand and apply the information directly into their lab projects. I'm amazed at how fast my students are learning these skills. Can't thank you enough Ron!
