 Product Description

The last portion of Ron's DVD 'Beading Machine Basics' features the construction of a Bomber Seat. This is our most popular DVD, and the response to the linked YouTube Video has been astounding! Many people have contacted us requesting plans for the seat, and they are now available.

Here's what's on the drawing - a full-size tracing of one half of the seat back (which can be mirrored to make the complete back), which has the beads properly positioned, the hole locations and sizes marked, a pattern for the hole layout in the seat bottom, and a pattern for the bending fixture used for the seat back. The seat bottom is not part of the drawings, since this is made to fit the seat back, and everyone's seat will be slightly different due to the springback of the material you use. The 'Beading Machine Basics' DVD shows the other construction details clearly, and this is a great project for any metalworker!

    The Plan along with the Beading video have made me appear smarter than I am. I would recommend that you buy them as a set!

    The drawings are easy to use and have a ton of value especially for the price.
    They included the profiles for key bends, seat back and bottom, as well as hole and bead lay outs.
    This is a great way to get to know your bead roller and an even better way to start making your own seats.
    If you are new to sheet metal fabrication, the video, bead rolling basics, will help a ton. It has great information for beginners and seasoned fabricators. I was so impressed I started buying the other videos and plan to slowly watch them all. They contain tons of information and are worth way more than the price.
